So one of the top things to do when travelling Australia is to see the Great
Barrier Reef. So I duly bought a one day diving trip to do just that.
The day consisted of a boat ride to the Reef, one intro dive, snorkeling and food. I however saw none of the food or boat ride as my head was stuck into a bag chucking my guts up.
I shall put it into perspective for you; Sarah, Jake and James went on a 3 day diving course. During this time Sarah and James felt queasy and Jake was sick twice. I was on a boat from 8 until 4.30...and managed to throw up no fewer than 8 times.
Class.

However I did manage to do my dive.
I can successfully say I have dove on the Great Barrier Reef. I cannot say I
particularly enjoyed it or would even want to do it again, but it’s another
thing crossed off the list.
I think Maxine had the right idea in
staying on solid ground. I have never been so happy to see a harbour in all of
my life!
And before you ask; yes I did take sea-sickness tablets and yes I did see them all of 30 seconds later when they returned with avengance!
Love Me
xx
